An Easter luncheon is served on Easter Sunday in the Emergency Shelter Dining Room, 102 N. Denver from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

How can we provide The Salvation Army with prepared food items?

They can be delivered between 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 918-582-7201, Ext. 3052.

How can a person help to support the Easter luncheon served to the homeless?

  • Cash donations are preferred. This enables The Salvation Army to receive discounted prices for bulk purchases and allows the Food Services Manager to make specific purchases to complete the meal preparation. However, donations of hams, coconut cream and apple pies, coconut cakes, fruits, green beans, rolls and other gifts-in-kind food items are also welcome.
  • Filled Easter baskets, children's Bibles and little girl's bonnets are also needed. The Easter Bunny presents them to all of the children eating on this special day. They may be delivered to 1616 S. Main, Attn: Director of Volunteer Services.

For more detailed information about the Easter luncheon, you may call 918-587-7801, Ext. 120 or e-mail to: kathysengel@tulsacoxmail.com
