Membership is open to anyone who desires to join. The membership fee enables a person to enjoy the basic use of the facility. This includes the indoor game room, swimming pool, fitness room and gymnasium. It also entitles you to be a guest at all of the seasonal special events.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS
EARN-A-BIKE This program awards members with new bicycles for their participation in club-sponsored programs. They earn points by participating in selected National Programs.

BASKETBALL LEAGUES
RECREATIONAL BASKETBALL Sign Up begins in October Practice is Monday through Thursday and Saturday Ages 5 – 12 years. Grades K-6; Boys and Girls. Fee applies.
NOVEMBER THROUGH AUGUST
COMPETITIVE LEAGUE - PRACTICE Contact Coach Goff. Saturdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. — Monday through Thursday after March. AAU Basketball Team for Girls 11 – 15 years and Boys 12 and 13 years Players must try out for these teams. Fees apply.
JULY THROUGH OCTOBER
CHEERLEADING Monday and Tuesday practice, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Boys & Girls 6 years through 12 years. Fees apply. Call 918-834-2464 for registration details. Registration: April 8 — May 30.
TACKLE FOOTBALL Games are played on Saturday for 1st through 6th grades Fees apply. Registration begins May 1. Equipment issued July 5.

SCHOOL-AGE PROGRAMS
AFTER SCHOOL CARE SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE Monday through Friday 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm for elementary school children ages 6 – 12 years.
ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING Monday through Friday 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. for 6 – 12 years Must be member.
TORCH CLUB This program teaches leadership abilities to teens 11 – 13 years of age.
POWER HOUR STUDY HALL Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm for 6 – 12 years Must be member.
ARTS AND CRAFTS CLASSES Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. for Boys and Girls 6 – 12 years
Transportation may be provided from area schools to club $30 per week for first child and $15 per week for each remaining child in same family if picked up. If transportation is not provided there is a $15 fee per week/child.
DAY CAMP OPPORTUNITIES
Year round day camps are available to coincide with Tulsa Public School breaks. They are open to children 6 through 12 years and begin at 7 a.m. and conclude at 5:30 p.m. Children are to bring a swimsuit and towel for Spring and Christmas Break day camps. There is a varied program of activities including special field trips.
In addition to a $20 membership fee the cost of the Spring and Christmas Break day camp is $50 a week. Additional children, discount applies. A free lunch is included.
SUMMER DAY CAMPS
There is an $15 registration fee, plus $50 per week. This includes lunch.
Additional children discounted.
RESIDENT CAMP
Children may also attend the resident camp Heart-O-Hills. It is a beautiful campsite donated by Waite Phillips in 1929. This camp is open to boys and girls, ages 6 – 12 years.
