Membership is open to anyone who desires to join. The membership fee enables a person to enjoy the basic use of the facility. This includes the indoor game room, swimming pool, fitness room, gymnasium and aerobics classes and outdoor sports fields. It also entitles you to be a guest at all of the seasonal special events.
Meeting rooms are available for rental at this location. The club is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Friday from mid-May through Mid-August. From the remainder of August until Tulsa Public Schools are out, Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. and 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Registration and/or fee payments are required on site. Membership is required for all participants. When activity fees are indicated, they are to be paid in addition to the membership fee.

YOUTH PROGRAMS - YEAR-ROUND
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
College Prep Classes Middle School through High School Monday and Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Math Tutoring Middle School through High School Monday and Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Computer Sessions All Ages School Hours: Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Summer Hours: Noon - 7:30 p.m.
OTHER PROGRAMS - YEAR-ROUND
AFTER SCHOOL CARE MID AUGUST THROUGH MID MAY 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Transportation from school to club is a part of this program for $25/week per child
EARN-A-BIKE This program awards members with new bicycles for their participation in club-sponsored programs. They earn points by participating in selected National Programs.
DRUM LESSONS Takes place every Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Each member must provide their own drum sticks.
PHOTOGRAPHY Takes place every Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
PRE-ACT TESTING WHEN SCHEDULED BY ACT TESTING CENTER OCTOBER – MAY Saturday from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

REACH PROGRAM KEYSTONE CLUB – High Community Service Club (Projects and Service) for Boys and Girls 14 - 18 years old POWER HOUR STUDY HALL Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. for elementary students to help maintain at least a C+ average
SPORTS PROGRAMS In addition to the membership fee, there is a $35 league fee for all sports programs. This covers all practice sessions, games and equipment.

GIRLS BASKETBALL Practice twice a week at the discretion of the coach. 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. - 3rd through 6th grade

BOYS BASKETBALL Practice twice a week at the discretion of the coach. 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. - 1st through 6th grade
DAY CAMP OPPORTUNITIES
Year-round day camps are available to coincide with Tulsa Public School breaks. They are open to children five through 13 years and begin at 7:30 a.m. and conclude at 5:30 p.m. Children are to bring a sack lunch, swimsuit and towel for Spring and Christmas Break day camps. Lunch is provided for summer day camps. There is a varied program of activities including special field trips.
In addition to a $15 membership fee the cost of these day camps is $40 week for first and second child in the same family. The third and following children in the same family are $20 each.
RESIDENT CAMP
Children may also attend the resident camp Heart-O'-Hills. It is a beautiful campsite donated by Waite Phillips in 1929. This camp is open to boys and girls, ages 6 – 12 years. There is one session for boys and one session for girls.
ANNUAL SPRING EVENT FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS
Daddy's Invitational Tournament (DIT) - This basketball tournament honors all North Mabee volunteers. This event gives the children an opportunity to handle all details of the day, and benefits the club through a fee paid by all participants. Teams are determined by drawing names from a hat.
ADULT PROGRAMS
AEROBICS $2 per use or membership Tuesday and Thursday, 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. for Adults and teens 16 and older
BALLET $18/month. Saturday, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Ballet attire and toe shoes required.
WEIGHT ROOM $2 per use or membership $60 per year
PIANO LESSONS Thursday, 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. $20 per month
GIRL SCOUTS Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 p.m.
