Eligibility: Single individuals who are HOMELESS and are willing to work towards self-sufficiency through employment education and skills training.
Components of Project ABLE Program:
- Two-year supportive program (transitional housing)
- Comprehensive assessment of individual needs
- Individualized case plan developed by the individual and case management team
- Group sessions to specifically target problem areas
- Education and job training opportunities
- Intensive case management services including client-linkage, advocacy and coordination of services
- Assistance with basic necessities
Program Goals:
- Enhance individual and family relationships
- Instill effective life skills management
- Increase education and training opportunities
- Improve employment potential and work ethics
- Establish linkage with community support systems
- Establish self-sufficiency
