Membership is open to anyone who desires to join. The membership fee enables a person to enjoy the basic use of the facility. This includes the indoor game room, fitness room, walking and jogging track, gymnasium and swimming pool for free swims. It also entitles you to have a guest once a month.

Pool, gym, activity rooms and kitchen are available for rental at this location.

Registration and payments are required on site. Membership is required for all participants. When activity fees are indicated, they are to be paid in addition to the membership fee. Membership fees are

NOTE: A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Immediate only. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, etc. will need to purchase a separate membership. Young adults 18 – 21 may be included on a family membership if they are full-time students. Otherwise, young adults must apply as an adult membership. Any children who wish to use the facility at any age will need to be listed on a family or single parent family membership.

INCLUDED AS A SENIOR AND SENIOR COUPLE ARE:
Senior or senior couple membership applies to people 55 years of age or older. Grandchildren and children will need a separate membership. The only exception is minor children in your legal custody, in which case, you will need to apply for a family or single-parent family membership.

  • All memberships require a $10 processing fee and three months payment at time of registration.
  • Fees may be paid quarterly, semi-annually or yearly with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
  • A 10% discount is applied for paying yearly.
  • Memberships that are two months delinquent are cancelled.
  • Memberships that are cancelled will require a $10 processing fee at the time of re-application.
  • All payments are due at the first of the month. A late fee of $5 will be assessed to all payments made after the 10th of the month.
  • You must have your membership card available when making payments.
  • Each person included in a membership will receive a membership card.
  • Members must submit card at each visit and pick it up before leaving the center.
  • Membership cards are not transferable.
  • Members who do not have their card will be fined $1 per visit.
  • Replacement cards cost $5 each.
  • Each member is allowed one guest per month.
    Any additional guest is $5 each.
  • Children 12 and under are not allowed for more than two hours without a parent or guardian.

FASTPITCH SOFTBALL
Tournament Schedules begin in March and commence with Nationals in July. For information on participation ages and fees, contact the Boys and Girls Club of Sapulpa at 918-224-4415. RESIDENT CAMP

Children may also attend the resident camp Heart-O'-Hills. It is a beautiful campsite donated by Waite Phillips in 1929. This camp is open to boys and girls, ages 6 – 12 years. There is one session for boys and one session for girls.
