Membership is open to anyone who desires to join. The membership fee enables a person to enjoy the basic use of the facility. This includes the indoor game room, fitness room and gymnasium. It also entitles you to be a guest at all of the seasonal special events.
The Close Gymnasium is available for rental for community athletic activities all year round.
Hours of Operation Mid-August through mid-May 11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Mid-May through mid-August 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Registration and/or fee payments are required on site. Membership is required for all participants. When activity fees are indicated, they are to be paid in addition to the membership fee.

YOUTH PROGRAMS — YEAR-ROUND
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
POWER HOUR STUDY HALL Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. for youth 6 – 17 years
GAMES ROOM (Pool, Foosball, Ping Pong, Board Games) Monday through Friday 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.(Mid-August through Mid-May)
Monday through Friday 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.(Mid-May through Mid-August)
TEEN NIGHT Monday 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. 13 – 17 years
OTHER YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS
EARN-A-BIKE This program awards members with new bicycles for their participation in club-sponsored programs. They earn points by participating in selected National Programs.
SEASONAL SPORTS PROGRAMS There is a $35 fee for all age groups unless indicated differently below. This includes uniforms, if needed, and equipment.
NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH
GIRLS BASKETBALL Monday through Friday 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. 3rd through 6th grades
BOYS BASKETBALL Grades 3-6, Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
MICRO BASKETBALL (Co-Ed) Grades K-2, Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
OTHER SEASONAL PROGRAMS
SMART MOVES YOUTH 6 - 12 YEARS A class which teaches healthy life-skills, including making good choices, understanding family lifestyles and discussions about subjects of specific interest to youth. Educational field trips and guest speakers.
DAY CAMP OPPORTUNITIES
Year-round day camps are available to coincide with Tulsa Public School breaks and summer vacation. They are open to children 6 through 12 years and begin at 7:30 a.m. and conclude at 6:00 p.m. Children are to bring a swimsuit and towel. A sack lunch is to be brought to the Spring and Christmas Break day camps. Lunch is provided during the summer camp. There is a varied program of activities including special field trips. There is a $9 per day or $40 per week per child for all day camps, plus $15 membership fee.
RESIDENT CAMP
Children may also attend the resident camp Heart-O'-Hills. It is a beautiful campsite donated by Waite Phillips in 1929. This camp is open to boys and girls, ages 6 – 12 years.
